Project Management / Construction Management
Holland Development Co., under its Advent pds subsidiary, was hired by JL Woode, Ltd. (Chicago) to provide project management and construction management services for their redevelopment of four existing limited-service hotels into a collection of one full-service hotel (The Gates) and two focused-service hotels (Hilton Garden Inn and Marriott Fairfield Inn). This project was led by Rod Radcliff and Chuck Williams.
